A pure oil to revitalize the scent of your Bastide Figue d’Ete Potpourri Scented Crystals: add a few drops of the Figue d’Ete Refresher Oil to crystals to infuse your home with the fresh and creamy scent. This unique aroma features notes of sweet cassis, white cyclamen petals and crisp green fig leaf.

Each bottle will refresh a 700g box of potpourri 2-4 times, depending on dosage.

INGREDIENTS

Provence Figs

Provence is home to over 75% of France's figs. Said to have its "head in the sun, and feet in the water," Provence figs are violet in color and sweet in taste. The sweetness of the fig and the fresh green scent of its leaves fill the the summer air in Provence, between the months of August and October.

SCENT NOTES

Potpourri crystals made of the sap of the acacia tree, infused with the fresh and creamy notes of Figue d’Ete fragrance: Fig leaf, sweet cassis, white cyclamen petals, and soft musk.

INSPIRATION

Inspired by a warm summer day on the grounds of the Bastide, a young girl walks alongside her father. The sweetness of the green fig she eats along the path leaves a lingering scent on her skin and engraves in her senses a memory of happiness and comfort. Can this be used in an essential oil diffuser?: No, our Potpourri Refresher Oils were designed for use on our Potpourri Crystals only and should not be used in essential oil diffusers.
Is the Figue D'Ete Potpourri Refresher Oil the same scent as the Cote' Bastide Ambre ?: No, it is not. Bastide was relaunched in 2016 and the formulas are now non-toxic, all artisanally made by Beautisans in Provence using local ingredients. Consequently, the scents are similar but slightly different from the Cote Bastide products. While unavailable currently, we offer an Ambre d'Or Refresher Oil that has a subtle, warm amber fragrance and a Figue d'Ete Refresher Oil which is a crisp, fresh fig scent with woody layers. This refresher oil is available and we hope to offer the Ambre d'Or again early next year.
