Products
We're so happy to hear you love our products! We're passionate about providing the best quality, and sometimes that means tweaking a formula, or discontinuing a product. Unfortunately, we don't currently stock or sell products that have been discontinued. We hope you'll explore our website to check out all of the new, exciting products we're offering. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
It’s too bad there is no scratch & sniff function on our computers (yet!). In the meantime, you could get our wonderful Les Sept Merveilles Fragrance Discovery Set and try 7 of our scents (1958 is not available in this set).
Our products are always on display for you to try at our retail partners noted on our Store Locator and we are always working on surprise pop-up events in the US to help fans smell and try all the products. If you have any ideas, shoot us an email (bonjour@bastide.com).
We know all the various titles of beauty products can get confusing and misleading since the beauty industry is still unregulated in terms of these claims.
We’ll keep it simple for you (and for us). We follow our Bastide promise 100% to keep our products as clean as possible. We created and studied over 2,500 formulas before we came to our current assortment to make sure we took out the bad chemicals and used as much natural Provence goodness as possible. Many of our products are labeled with their level of naturality – most are made with over 95% ingredients of natural origins.
We do use fragrance in our products – because we love our Nose who created inspirations from his hometown Grasse and because we know the South of France is filled with heady, unforgettable scents. We have included our favorite fragrances in our products, evoking the essence and beauty of Provence.
In addition to standard tests, we also test these formulas on ourselves and on our friends and families.
All of our products are made in Provence by our beauty artisans - “beautisans” as we like to call them. We source natural ingredients from Provence.
Absolutely. We formulate all of our products against a rigorous blacklist to ensure no harsh chemicals that may aggravate or strip the skin are used. Check out our Blacklist to see the ingredients we never use.
We do not recommend animals use, play with or ingest the products. However, it is perfectly safe for animals to be around our products.
Yes. Our products are formulated without any worrisome ingredients such as parabens, phthalates and GMO’s. We recommend consulting with your doctor before using a new product while pregnant.
Yes. All of our products are designed to be used on our youngest and oldest customers. Our products allow you to pamper the skin of your loved ones without having to worry about what’s inside.
Our products are not vegan as we use honey in some of our products. Please refer to specific product ingredient lists. We do not test on animals.

Ordering Online
Once we have packed your order, you will receive an Email notification with the tracking information for you to follow your goods from our warehouse to your door. Please note that for the shipping services we use UPS and there may be a slight delay (up to 24 hours) in how quickly they can update the tracking information after we have dispatched.
Once the shipment has been marked as delivered, but you haven’t personally received it, please check with your neighbor/doorman/mailman to see if they have stored it on your behalf. We are not able to track the package farther if it has been marked as delivered by our UPS partner.
Once submitted, orders cannot be changed oredited. If you choose to cancel your order, please reach out to us by 12PM EST the day your order is placed. Your order is not confirmed cancelled until you receive a personal notification from our Customer Care team.
You can enter your code during the payment portion of the checkout process. We cannot apply a code retroactively to your order so please have it copied and handy for checkout. Codes cannot be combined.
Questions on an Existing Order
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or edited. If you choose to cancel your order, please reach out to us by 12PM EST. Your order is not confirmed cancelled until you receive a personal notification from our Customer Care team.
We do our very best to make sure you love the Bastide products you receive. But if you change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the products for a store credit or 14 days for a refund to your original payment method. As long as the product is unused, unopened, undamaged, in the original cellophane wrapping, and in resalable condition, we will be glad to refund you or provide store credit.
- Used and opened items do not qualify for a refund or store credit and are destroyed upon receipt if returned.
- We do not refund shipping or handling fees.
Shipping
We cannot guarantee the standard 3 to 7 business day delivery time frame to Hawaii. Hawaiian shipments can average 3 to 6 weeks due to barge delays departing from California and being received in the islands. We expect these extended delivery time frames to continue for the foreseeable future. Some locations in Alaska as well as remote areas may also require additional transit time.
We offer complimentary standard shipping on us for orders over $75.
We also offer two shipping speeds, because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can't.
Standard, under $75 (3-7 business days): $11.99
2nd Day Air (not available for fragrance): $30
All orders within the USA are shipped by UPS. (Please note that UPS may transfer smaller shipments to the USPS for final delivery to your home. This decision is made by UPS.)
Orders containing our fragrances must be delivered via our standard ground option, as the US Department of Transportation does not allow pressurized or flammable items to be shipped by air.
Orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within 24 hours. Those placed Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday.
If there’s any delay in your shipment, or if an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll let you know right away via email or telephone. If you order more than one item, and one or more of your items are back-ordered, your in-stock item(s) will be held until your back-ordered item(s) become available.
We do not ship on these major holidays because we think our team deserves a few days off to enjoy time with loved ones so they can be refreshed to give their best: New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Thursday & Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve.
Once placed, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. And once shipped, orders cannot be rerouted.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address entered at check-out will incur a new shipment fee of $11.99.
You can buy from our site in France and in the USA. We are working to ship to more countries soon! If you love Bastide and need to order but live somewhere else, please check our Store Locator to see if one of our retail partners serve your area.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO boxes.
Pricing & Availability
During the order submission/confirmation process, you are charged for your order and the funds are taken from your credit card. If you have any questions, please contact us at Bonjour@Bastide.com.
Gift Cards
No, we no longer offer gift cards for purchase on Bastide.com.
As you check out, you will have the opportunity to put in your gift card number during the check-out process. This option is for existing gift cards only; we no longer offer gift cards for purchase on Bastide.com.

Return & Exchange Policy
We do our very best to make sure you love the Bastide products you receive.
