My Favorite Scent
"I used to buy these crystals for a Florida house but after moving from Miramar Beach I was unable to find them, even online. I had an ad from Bastide on my Facebook page showing other products I was able to purchase in Florida so I checked the website and was pleased to see the crystals. I checked further and saw the name of the owner of Bastide is a name I'm familiar with and while I assumed it was being shipped from France and would take a while I was pleased when the shipment showed up quickly. This scent is not strong or too sweet. Even my husband likes it and he doesn't care for most candles and diffusers. The scent of these crystals lasts a long time."

- I have a. small bathroom, do you leave the entire box open ?
- You can do that if you prefer a stronger presence of fragrance in the space. You could also place some of the potpourri crystals in a small container like a open-mouthed glass vase. That would enable you to use the remaining crystals in another room.
- The scent has dissipated to the point that you don't know its in the room. How do I revive the stones to produce the delicious scent? Too expensive to buy new stones.
- Our Ambre d'Or Refresher Oil will awaken your Potpourri Crystals. We are currently out of stock of this item but have added your email to our notification list once it's available. You can also check our stocklist on the website for retailers near you.
- The box I am refilling is dark brown. Your box appears peach color. Please provide the dimensions of the box, as I do not know how many ounces it originally contained.
- I believe we already answered your question from our Customer Service email but to follow up with you here as well our Potpourri Crystals box contains 700 grams or 24.7 ounces.
