Mom's favorite Bastide product: Ambre Soir Hand & Body Lotion – I gave her a lab sample bottle when we first launched, and she takes it as a travel size in her purse when she travels.

The best beauty tip or piece of advice your mom gave you: Always remove your eye makeup before going to sleep! Your eye area has the most delicate skin so it's important to treat it carefully.
Mom's favorite Bastide product: My mom loves the Figue d’Ete candle and matchsticks. The hand-blown bubble glass reminds her of her parents’ house near Biot in the south of France.

The best beauty tip or piece of advice your mom gave you: She taught me how to swim and now we share our love of swimming in the cold sea in Brittany. The saltwater is great for the skin and blood circulation.
Grandma’s favorite Bastide product: My grandmother loves the Miel de Lavande Hand Wash + Hand & Body Lotion. She keeps the lotion on her bedside table and lathers it on every night before bed. These products remind ME of her because there are big lavender bushes always buzzing with bees by her living room windows.

The best beauty tip or piece of advice your mom gave you: End your showers with a burst of cold water - it’s great for your circulation and de-puffing.
Mom's favorite Bastide product: Growing up my mom would always put some little pouches of dried lavender in the closets for the clothes to smell pretty. She has now replaced the dried lavender with our mini soaps, that way she can change the scent with the seasons: Winter was Ambre Maquis, Spring is Figue d’Ete!

The best beauty tip or piece of advice your mom gave: Lime and sun don’t mix so don’t squeeze lime at the beach or you'll get a sun spot!
Mom's favorite Bastide product: My mom is obsessed with potpourri. When she saw Bastide’s were amber crystals she immediately asked me to get her some. She says they’re so different to any other brand she’s tried.

The best beauty tip or piece of advice your mom gave you: Use a face cloth with hot water to wash your face and gently exfoliate at the same time.
Mom's favorite Bastide product: My mom is obsessed with our hand creams - she loves all the scents and pops one in each of her purses. I sent her one my first month of Bastide and now she gifts it to everyone - including all her co-workers at Christmas! I think she might be one of our top customers.
