You might not be able to give yourself a full-body hot stone massage (successfully, anyway…), but a facial massage is completely doable on your own.
The simple technique is uncomplicated in nature and has been practiced for hundreds of years, but is often ignored.
The process involves awakening and, yes, massaging the facial muscles to promote lymphatic drainage and boost circulation.
That, in turn, leaves you with firmer, softer, more radiant skin in a matter of minutes.
All you really need is your hands, an oil (perhaps our new Elixir II), and a two-minute commitment at your disposal.
Give it a try by following our signature facial massage method.
Our tip? Before you begin, put your phone on airplane mode and make it a digital detox moment, too.
Trust us: You won’t miss the notifications.
Step 1.
Place 3-4 drops of Elixir II in your hands. Rub your hands together to warm and activate the oil.
Step 2:
Place fingertips on the bridge of nose. Move upward and outward using circular motions.
Step 3:
Chin and Jawline: Use back of thumbs and move hands outward and upward towards ears to lift skin.
Step 4:
Your décolleté needs love, too. Place fingertips near center of chest. Apply slight pressure and massage in an upward and outward motion.
